Community Yard Sale Site Reservation

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless the City of Andersonville, the Sheppard-Pride Community Center,
and their respective officers, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all costs, liabilities, expenses, claims, compensation,
demands, or causes of action on account of any loss or damage to person or property arising out of or in connection during the setting
up, operation, or breaking down/packing up, sales made, or activities conducted during the community-wide yard sale. Additionally, if I
am a Vendor, I agree that I have up-to-date business licensing and certifications necessary for running and operating. The City of
Andersonville/SPCC reserves the right to terminate and cancel registration for any reason at any time including but not limited to a
participant failing to adhere to items prohibited for sale. NO LIVESTOCK, ANIMALS, OBSCENE MATERIALS, ALCOHOL, DRUGS, FIREARMS,
FOOD OR DRINKS*.
*The SPCC will be selling water for $0.50 per bottle. There may be approved vendors permitted to sell food/drink. You may bring
food/drink for your personal consumption, but not for selling purposes. This is a fundraiser for the Community Center. Agreements have
been made with such approved vendors for fundraising purposes. Please assist with our efforts by adhering to these guidelines so that
we may better serve you.
WAIVER OF PROPERTY, MATERIALS, AND VEHICLES: I agree to maintain, care for, and return undamaged any and all property borrowed,
used, or rented for this event i.e. table, chairs, 10’x10’ site, restrooms, firetruck, breezeway, etc. If left/returned broken, damaged, or in
poor condition, I understand that I will be fully responsible for replacing the item(s) with equal or greater valued item(s) or funds,
whichever is deemed most appropriate by SPCC Representative(s) and City of Andersonville Personnel and/or Sumter County Personnel
as necessary.
Vendors and Yard Sellers may begin setting up on the day of sale prior to 8 AM and commit to refrain from packing up no earlier than
12:00 PM. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED AND SPACES CLEANED UP NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM.
