Purchase and Installation of Andersonville Emergency Standby Generator – Drinking Water System
The City of Andersonville is soliciting sealed bids from contractors for the purchase and installation of a natural gas emergency standby generator dedicated to the municipal drinking water system.
All sealed bids must be received by the City of Andersonville no later than October 6th, 2025 at 5:00pm.
Bids will be publicly opened at 6:00pm during the regular City Council meeting at 114 Church St, Andersonville GA 31711.
The City of Andersonville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or technicalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City.

Andersonville General Election scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, is cancelled. The
following candidates have qualified for office and are unopposed:
Council Post 1: Scottie Barnes (I)
Council Post 3: Velma Coley (I)
Council Post 5: Penny Williams (I)
The above unopposed candidates shall be deemed to have voted for himself/herself.
